Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical specifications for Centrifugal Compressor Machines.
• Develop and update assembly manuals, operation manuals, service & maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Create and maintain Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC) with accurate part numbers and descriptions.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with industry standards, internal engineering guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Assist manufacturing teams with work instructions, assembly procedures and process flow documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve assembly efficiency and reduce errors.
• Prepare, review, and validate Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) in SAP.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written communication and technical writing skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

SPM – SOLIDWORKS DESIGN ENGINEER

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Software Tool: SolidWorks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design

• Strong hands-on knowledge of fixtures, jigs & tooling

• Good understanding of pneumatics (circuit design & component selection)

• Ability to perform design calculations (force, torque, load, cycle time, etc.)

• Exposure to manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and machine build support

3 to 5 Yrs of hands-on experience in foam component design, proficient in CATIA V5 / NX, and preferably with exposure to the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative design and ready to contribute to exciting automotive projects.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Plastic - Seating. Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 (3D modeling & engineering) and hands-on exposure to automotive or seating plastics are essential. Should be good in problem-solving, well - versed with industry standards, and the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

3 to 5 years experience of  Complete Automotive Complete Seating systems & subsystems. Proficient in CAD (CATIA) for modeling, assemblies, drafting, quick concept, motion/kinematic studies & benchmarking. Skilled in frames, plastics, foams, and trims

3 to 5 Years of experience in Tractor components - Sheet metal , Casting , forging Well versed in 3D Models, 2D manufacturing drawings & GD&T. 

Skilled in 2D–3D conversion, part & assembly drawings, and parametric 3D modeling using CATIA Strong knowledge of machining, sheet metal, casting, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. SAP/ERP expertise will be added advantage.

Creo modeling & drafting (Blend, Sweep blend, Surfacing, Sheet metal, Family table), parametric & assembly modeling. Knowledge of casting, machining, sheet metal processes. Hands-on DVA/stack-up, basic GD&T, and Windchill user skills.

Create 3D/2D CAD models & drawings using SolidWorks/Inventor/CATIA. Support product design, BOM prep & documentation. Work with senior engineers ensuring design accuracy. Mechanical Diploma/B.E fresher with strong learning attitude & CAD skills.

4 to 9 Years in product development  with Plastic design & Die casting parts.(Mechanical & Electronic locking Systems).

Analyze task requirements and apply engineering principles to create accurate 3D models and comprehensive 2D technical drawings. 

Strong expertise in GD&T and ISO 8015 standards.

Apply DFM and DFA to streamline design, reduce costs, optimize manufacturing  efficiency and simplify assembly.

Good knowledge of Materials selection &  Mfg. Process for Product development.

0-1Yr in international Sales and Marketing of CAD/CAE services. Skilled in Lead generation, client engagement, CRM, RFQ handling, and cross-functional coordination.
